It's hard to believe HotRun has been in business for over 10 years now! Our commitment to serving our clients and candidates and providing the best in customer service and recruitment continues on with our new website. We now venture into connection and visibility in the social media and digital world as we want to retain a connection and communication with the best in industry talent throughout their careers. It is our hope that our new website will facilitate that engagement and have both candidates and clients connect with us via twitter, facebook, linkedin and our own site. We know that timing in this industry is imperative and meeting our clients needs with the best talent and hopefully offering our candidates opportunities with innovative and growth driven companies will only improve with our new website and its content. Even with the effort to move into this market place we will never compromise our customer service and live person to person communication that has made HotRun a reputable firm that both clients and candidates continue to refer their peers to.
The new blog that we will be writing will hopefully offer our candidates and clients value whether its a good story or laugh from some of our recruiting experiences over the years, tips to help candidates find new employment or assist in a career change, or offering value to clients to help them find the talent they are looking for. There isn't a theme but we will do our best to make it engaging and wanting you to return and read it regularly.
